Often when we think of great people we generally think of leaders in the public eye. What would happen if we just dropped the term 'leader'? What if the concept of 'leadership' didn't exist?
If we all take action and move through life in our greatness then both everything is done and everything is possible. No 'leader' is needed.
How does that work?
Say there are 5 people working together on a project. They all know the intention of the project and they all know the end result required for the project. When they all take action in greatness, following their heart and/or gut instinct in each moment, then the project WILL BE completed. It may not be in the way they expect or in the way they would have planned should they have tried to complete the project from their mind. Though it will be completed and probably with a better end result than they expected.
Worth experimenting for yourself.
